US Foreign Policy since the fall of the Soviet Union has been a self fulfilling prophecy. Always in search of an enemy to fight because it has to justify its bloated militaries existence, perpetually pretending its 1945 with confidence games, projection, and special pleading.

Who has been running US foreign policy since the end of ww2?

A certain organized ethnic group to an increasing degree.

You sound jewish

The comments from Rubio are the worst. He didn't even try to hide the fact that the US acted as Israel's attack dog.

Michael Springate's avatar

Why should he hide it? It’s not as if the public doesn’t know that this is a war for Israel.

Never attribute actions to stupidity or corruption those that can be attributed to the furthering of Jewish interests

The humiliation will only grow deeper until our once-good nation is reduced to a global pariah for the next 250 years.

The people of the USA will be paying for this in life and death for centuries.

"they [Shitkoff & Jarhead] actively misled Trump to lead to war with Iran on Israel’s behalf." - that's all there is to it.

By now it should be pretty clear that the US, in and of itself, has no plan whatsoever. Israel however does have a plan: the complete dismantlement of Iran, which at this point can only happen through a ground invasion by the US.

And so, the best way to get that is to make sure the US has no other option but ground invasion. So far, Israel has been extremely successful at that.

Let's hope Trump, or whoever is actually in charge, will relent and prefer a humiliating defeat to the alternative.

Great article and well-researched. I'm hoping for a humiliating retreat. The spinelessness of most Europeans on this is amazing. The Spanish are way ahead of the rest in opposing this war.

Tommy's avatar

Why does this have anything to do with Europe or Europeans? It's a wholly jewish war

I am increasingly surprised that people think dismantling and destroying military assets can be done in 12 days. This still has a long runway to play out.

Tommy's avatar

I'm surprised anyone believed that

The US brought a gun to a knife fight. Unfortunately, it was a drone fight. A totally unnecessary one.

Tommy's avatar

That was Israels intention. They had no desire to win anything

Expanding the capacity of the pipeline that runs across the Musandam Peninsula negates all of this. Completely boxes out Iran and makes Hormuz irrelevant.

As one former supreme allied commander of Europe said: "The idea of assassinating the Ayatollah Khamenei - who was not just Iran's head of state, but he was the religious symbol for Shiites worldwide - assassinating him during the month of Ramadan, frankly, is about as subtle as murdering the Pope on the steps of St. Peter's in Holy Week."

The US also bombed a school with a tomahawk missile and killed kids, for which there was a national funeral in Iran. This is going to lead to martyrs on US soil committing acts of terrorism.

While it does seem to be a fumble at this point would anyone disagree Iran (as clever as they claim) has partially brought this on themselves? For decades they announce on their own TV networks boardcasting to the world how they'll destroy America and the Jews while building a nuclear arsenal. That doesn't seem a sound strategic plan. They could have been quiet about the subject and probably actually gained the capability. Perhaps the politicians need to raise moral support for the hardcore faction. Either way here we are, going to war with Real Estate Kang Zion Don. I believe the US strategy is what the British term "mowing the grass." Which will include bombing the areas of a possible strategic weapon until further notice. The US government along side has been planning for a conflict for over three decades while being hesitant throughout each administration.

what u going to spend ya $7K on?

I wish! Hopefully they're paying for better quality people than me. I just wanted to give a little push back in the comment section. Most of what Keith says I totally agree with, which is why I'm a fan. However, there were certain angles I wanted to point out. He doesn't go into how this strike may effect the Ukraine effort, but I'm not worried about this considering everything happening at the moment. I am an USA citizen Which feels like a economic zone rather than a nation or empire. Obviously you can't/shouldn't trust anyone on any platform, but I was just thinking out loud with Long Island Ice Teas.

Gaddius's avatar

I too am an USA citizen, saar!

I do not pretend to be a intelligent in any manner of speaking, but your reply to my comment not dealing with the subject of Keith's article and writing it off as I was somehow of Indian origin (which I am not) is a glimpse into the decay of civilization.

Gaddius's avatar

A glimpse into the decay of civilization???!!! 🤣

Dude just log off.

Matelund Dunlap's avatar

You seem like a Chinese bot with your original come backs.

Tommy's avatar

Yes most people would disagree since Israel are clearly the aggressors. Also mowing the grass is a jew phrase

Matelund Dunlap's avatar

On further inspection it does seem that “mowing the grass” is more used by Israel and the Jewish diaspora. I watch the show History Debunked on YouTube where the English host uses the phrase. I should have looked into the origins.

Keith's avatar

So if Trump says America has won the war, then that is solid proof that they've won it, right?
